Giveaway Terms 

12 Floridays of Giveaways 

Date: November 11, 2026 - November 22, 2026 

Sponsored by The Bucket List Family, LLC and The Bucket List Studios Inc. (together, "Sponsor"), in partnership with Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation, Inc., doing business as VISIT FLORIDA ("Prize Provider"). 

NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), and Australia. See Section 2 for full eligibility. 

The Giveaway consists of twelve (12) daily giveaways. Each daily entry period begins at 10:00am and ends at 10:00pm U.S. Eastern Time (ET) on that day ("Daily Entry Period"), from November 11, 2026 through November 22, 2026 (together, the "Entry Period"). To enter, during a Daily Entry Period participants must: reshare that day's Bucket List Family entry post to their own Instagram stories; add that day's destination to their Bucket List in the Bucket List App and share their list to their Instagram stories, tagging @thebucketlistfamily and @VISITFLORIDA (participants with private profiles must instead send the screenshot to @thebucketlistfamily by Instagram Direct Message); and submit the contact form in the Bucket List App (one submission counts for all twelve daily giveaways). Sponsor will review all eligible entries and select one (1) Recipient for each daily giveaway. Sharing multiple Bucket Lists does not increase your chances of being selected. Recipients will be announced on a rolling basis during the Entry Period and may be contacted by Instagram Direct Message, email, FaceTime, or phone call. 

To enter the 12 Floridays of Giveaways ("Giveaway"), entrants must complete all of the following steps during a Daily Entry Period: 

Step 1: Reshare Our Post on Your Instagram Story

Share our recent [TITLE] post to your Instagram Story. Be sure to tag @thebucketlistfamily and @visitflorida so we can verify your entry!

Step 2: Add [TITLE] to your Bucket List App & Share

Create a [Title]  bucket list or add [Title] to an existing list, then in the app menu, use the share on social option to share your list to your Instagram Story or feed. Don’t forget to tag @thebucketlistfamily and @visitflorida!

Step 3: Fill Out the Contact Form

Tell us how to reach you and why you’d love to be chosen! You only need to fill out the form once to be eligible for all 12 Floridays Giveaways.

All steps must be completed between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. EST on the day of the giveaway. Limit one entry per person, per day. If your Instagram account is private, DM us screenshots so we can verify your entry.  US, Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), and

Australian residents only.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day. 

This Giveaway is in no way endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or the responsibility of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Apple, Google, any other platforms, or any of Sponsor's associates. 

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or Recipient, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the Instagram account was set up. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to be selected, and must sign a release form if chosen. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received during the applicable Daily Entry Period. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor, subject to Section 6 (Privacy Policy). Recipients will be notified via Instagram Direct Message, FaceTime, phone, email, or in person, and must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of Sponsor's first contact attempt. If a Recipient does not respond within that time, the gift may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Recipient as described in Section 5. 

Beware of impersonators. Sponsor will never ask you to pay a fee to enter or to claim a gift, and will never ask for your passwords, login codes, Social Security number, or bank account or credit card details by Instagram Direct Message, text, phone call, or social media comment. Any US tax withholding owed by an International Recipient (see Section 4) is paid only to VISIT FLORIDA through its official process, never by gift card, cryptocurrency, wire transfer to an individual, or payment app. Required tax forms (IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN) are collected only by VISIT FLORIDA through its official process. Our only official Instagram account is @thebucketlistfamily. Look-alike accounts with similar names are not affiliated with Sponsor. If you receive a message claiming you have won and are unsure whether it is from Sponsor, do not respond or share any information; contact support@bucketlist.team to confirm. Please also report suspicious messages to the platform where you received them. 

1. Gifts: 

Twelve (12) Florida vacation packages, one per daily giveaway, provided by VISIT FLORIDA and gifted to Recipients. Each package is for four (4) people (the Recipient and up to three guests) and includes five (5) consecutive nights' lodging, destination experiences, round-trip coach-class airfare for four (4), and a full-size rental vehicle for six (6) consecutive days. The full description of each gift, as posted in the Bucket List App for that day's giveaway, is part of these Official Rules. 

Recipients residing in Canada or Australia ("International Recipients"): International Recipients must obtain and pay for their travel party's round-trip airfare and all other travel between their home and their gateway airport. International Recipients may choose either Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) as their gateway airport. International airfare is not part of the gift and will not be reimbursed. 

• Recipients using MCO: The gift begins and ends at MCO. From MCO, VISIT FLORIDA will provide the included rental vehicle or, for destinations VISIT FLORIDA determines are not reasonably drivable, round-trip coach-class airfare for four (4) between MCO and the airport nearest the destination.

• Recipients using LAX: The gift begins and ends at LAX. VISIT FLORIDA will provide round-trip coach-class airfare for four (4) between LAX and the Florida airport nearest the destination, as selected by VISIT FLORIDA. 

International Recipients must provide VISIT FLORIDA with their confirmed round-trip itinerary to and from their gateway airport at least thirty (30) days before travel, and their arrival and departure dates must match the travel dates confirmed by VISIT FLORIDA. Where VISIT FLORIDA books airfare from the gateway airport, International Recipients must arrive at the gateway airport at least four (4) hours before the scheduled departure, or the day before at their own expense. 

International Recipients may request a different gateway airport or a different Florida starting airport. VISIT FLORIDA may approve or deny the request at its sole discretion. If approved, the Recipient is responsible for any added cost, and no cash or other compensation will be given for any unused portion of the gift, including any domestic airfare or rental vehicle days. 

All approximate retail values ("ARV") are stated in US dollars. Actual value may vary based on departure city and travel dates, and any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

All values are approximate and stated in US dollars. Values for International Recipients reflect the gift beginning at LAX; International Recipients who choose MCO will receive a gift of lower value. 

This Giveaway is not a sweepstakes, lottery, contest, or game of chance, and no Recipient will be chosen at random. No element of chance is involved in the selection of Recipients. Each Recipient is personally selected by Sponsor from among participants who completed all participation steps during the applicable Daily Entry Period. Recipients are selected solely on the merits of the participant's written response to "Why should you be chosen?" submitted through the Bucket List App contact form, judged on creativity and originality, personal connection to travel, family, or Florida, and clarity and sincerity. Completing the participation steps does not guarantee selection. A person may receive no

more than one (1) gift during the Giveaway. 

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of: 

• the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; 

• Canada, excluding residents of the Province of Quebec; and

• Australia, 

who are age eighteen (18) or older, or the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Entries from residents of any other country, territory, or province, including Quebec, are ineligible and will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Sponsor may require proof of age and residency before awarding a gift. Because the minimum age to book all elements of a gift is 25, each gift must be booked by a person age 25 or older who travels with the Recipient's party. 

3. Exclusions: Employees of The Bucket List Family, LLC, The Bucket List Studios Inc., and VISIT FLORIDA, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, travel partners, and advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members, and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules"). 

4. Entry Methods, Taxes, and Government Filings: No mechanically reproduced entries are allowed, and any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods will void all such entries. 

Recipients are solely responsible for all taxes (federal, state, provincial, local, and foreign) that apply to the value of any gift, and for any tax returns, declarations, government filings, or reporting required in their country of residence in connection with the gift. Sponsor and VISIT FLORIDA do not provide tax advice, and Recipients should consult their own tax adviser. 

US Recipients must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 to VISIT FLORIDA before the gift is awarded. VISIT FLORIDA, as Prize Provider, will issue an IRS Form 1099 to each US Recipient as required by law, based on the gift's actual retail value. 

International Recipients must provide a completed IRS Form W-8BEN to VISIT FLORIDA before the gift is awarded. The value of the gift is subject to US federal income tax withholding as required by US law, currently at a rate of thirty percent (30%) of the actual value of the gift received, as determined by VISIT FLORIDA. No reduced treaty rate applies to residents of Canada or Australia for this type of prize. Because the gift is not paid in cash, the International Recipient must pay the required withholding amount to VISIT FLORIDA before the gift is awarded. VISIT FLORIDA will remit the withholding to the IRS and will issue any US tax reporting forms required by law, such as IRS Form 1042-S. If the applicable withholding rate or requirements change before the gift is awarded, the requirements in effect at that time will apply. 

All International Recipients remain responsible for any taxes, returns, and reporting required in their country of residence.

5. Forfeiture and Alternate Recipients: A gift may be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate Recipient at its sole discretion, if a selected Recipient: 

• cannot be contacted, or does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of Sponsor's first contact attempt;

• is ineligible, or does not provide proof of age or residency when requested; • fails to claim the gift;

• does not timely return a complete, unmodified affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release, where applicable;

• does not provide the required IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN, or does not pay any required withholding amount before the gift is awarded; 

• cannot obtain valid passports, ESTA authorizations, visas, or other required travel documents for every member of the travel party (see Section 8); or 

• is not available to travel within the travel window. 

Alternate Recipients will be the next-highest judged eligible entry for that day's giveaway. No automatically generated entries will be accepted. 

6. Privacy Policy: Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy posted at PRIVACY POLICY. Sponsor collects entrant information to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, select and contact Recipients, and fulfill gifts. Sponsor will not sell or rent your personal data. 

Sponsor will share Recipients' information with VISIT FLORIDA and its travel partners only as needed to verify eligibility, fulfill gifts, and complete required tax reporting. Sponsor will not share other entrants' personal information with VISIT FLORIDA. 

Sponsor is located in the United States. Personal information of entrants from Canada and Australia will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. You may contact Sponsor at support@bucketlist.team to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. 

Marketing emails. If you check the optional marketing box on the entry form, Sponsor may send you marketing emails about Sponsor and its partners, including VISIT FLORIDA. Sponsor will not share your email address with partners for their own marketing. Checking the box is not required to enter or win, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting support@bucketlist.team. 

Any website visitor also agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update this page as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at any time and without any further notice to you. 

7. General Rules: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Giveaway is offered by Sponsor, who is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries, responses, or other correspondence, or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating and receiving a gift, Recipient hereby releases Sponsor, VISIT FLORIDA, their parent

companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, travel partners, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of any gift, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor's control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the gift, or acceptance, possession, or use of the gift, or from participation in the Giveaway; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway. Sponsor's decisions in all respects relative to the Giveaway are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Giveaway is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Recipient, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable national, federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law. 

8. Travel Conditions: TRAVEL SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND BLACKOUT DATES. Travel may be taken through the date listed for each gift in Section 1. Redemption instructions will accompany all certificates. Travel must be booked through the Prize Provider's redemption process. Recipients must be available to travel within the travel window, or the gift will be forfeited and an alternate Recipient may be selected under Section 5. 

Recipients are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, all travel documents required for every member of the travel party, including valid photo IDs and passports. International Recipients and their guests must hold valid passports and any required US entry authorization, such as an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program or a US visa, in time to travel within the travel window. Guests who are not citizens of the Recipient's country of residence may have different entry requirements. If any member of the travel party cannot lawfully enter the United States, that person may not travel, and the gift will not be extended or substituted. 

International Recipients are responsible for arranging flights that arrive at and depart from their designated gateway airport, or an approved alternate airport, in time for the gift's scheduled start and end, including any domestic flights booked by VISIT FLORIDA. Sponsor and VISIT FLORIDA are not responsible for missed connections, delays, or cancellations of flights booked by the Recipient, or for any resulting costs, including lost nights or experiences. 

9. Gift Restrictions: Gifts are non-transferable, cannot be sold or gifted, may not be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Extensions to expiration dates will not be granted. Gifts do not include: 

• travel to the departure airport or, for International Recipients, to their designated gateway airport, or to the hotel (except as specifically included);

• for International Recipients, airfare to and from their designated gateway airport, and any lodging, meals, or transportation before or after the domestic portion of the trip;

• passport, ESTA, visa, or other travel document fees;

• travel insurance;

• meals (except as specifically included), incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or airline baggage fees;

• costs arising from missed connections or changes to Recipient-booked travel; or • any other personal expenses incurred during the Recipient's trip. 

Airline and schedule are at the sole discretion of VISIT FLORIDA. Non-stop service may not be offered. The Recipient must be one of the passengers booked in the travel party. 

10. Media Release: Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Giveaway and by accepting any gift, Recipient grants Sponsor and VISIT FLORIDA the right to use Recipient's name, image, likeness, biographical information, entry, and handle for all purposes throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Recipients hereby release Sponsor and Sponsor's assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of Recipient's image/likeness, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. Sponsor is permitted, although not obligated, to share, repost, promote, or distribute any Instagram content. 

Before travel, each member of the travel party, including the Recipient, must sign Sponsor's publicity and liability release. A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any guest under the age of majority in their place of residence. If any member of the travel party does not sign, that person may not travel, and the gift may be forfeited under Section 5. 

11. Recipients List and Official Rules: For a list of gift Recipients or a copy of these Official Rules, send an email to support@bucketlist.team with 12 FLORIDAYS OF GIVEAWAY as the email subject. 

12. Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, except where the laws of an entrant's country of residence require otherwise.
