2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Bucket List Family, LLC, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
By entering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Entry Period begins on April 10, 2026 and ends on April 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, to enter the Promotion, participants must:
Follow @thebucketlistfamily on Instagram (if not already following).
Comment on the official Bucket List Family giveaway post on Instagram with your fill-in-the-blank answer as specified in the post.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced, automated, programmatic, or bot-generated entries are permitted. Any such entries will be void. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. All information provided by entrants becomes the property of Sponsor.

The Prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. No substitution of Prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The ManyChat PRO subscription prize is contributed by ManyChat solely as a prize item. ManyChat’s fulfillment of that prize component is subject to ManyChat’s own terms of service, and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding ManyChat’s products or services. Winner’s use of ManyChat PRO is governed entirely by ManyChat’s terms. See Section 9 (Platform and Third-Party Disclaimers) for additional ManyChat-related terms.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by Bucket List Family, LLC on or around April 17, 2026. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @thebucketlistfamily. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to respond within 48 hours, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to receive notification due to entrant’s privacy settings, spam filters, or other technical issues.
The winner will be announced publicly on Sponsor’s social media accounts.
7. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to Prize delivery. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner if required by applicable law. Failure to provide accurate tax information may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. By accepting the Prize, winner agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Bucket List Family, LLC and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, production partners, advertising agencies, promotional suppliers, contributing vendors, and any other company involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of this Promotion (collectively, the “Released Entities”) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, demands, causes of action, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) participation in the Promotion; (ii) acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize; (iii) any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising out of participation in the Promotion; or (iv) any breach or alleged breach by entrant of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Official Rules.
Sponsor is responsible only for Prize delivery and is not responsible for Prize utility, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner accepts the Prize at their own risk.
Sponsor will not obtain any liability, travel, automobile, or other insurance on behalf of any entrant or winner. Each entrant is responsible for obtaining their own insurance if desired.
9. PLATFORM AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMERS
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from or related to this Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.
ManyChat is a contributing prize sponsor for the one (1) month ManyChat PRO prize only. ManyChat has no role in the administration, operation, judging, or winner selection of this Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any acts, omissions, representations, warranties, or conduct of ManyChat. Any issues related to ManyChat’s products or services must be directed to ManyChat directly. Winner’s use of any ManyChat product is subject solely to ManyChat’s own terms of service and privacy policy.
Entrant data collected through Instagram comments is also subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, available at www.instagram.com. Sponsor’s collection and use of personal data is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://thebucketliststudios.com/policies/privacy-policy.
10. PUBLICITY AND MEDIA RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, by submitting an entry and by accepting any Prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, voice, image, likeness, biographical information, and entry content for advertising, publicity, and trade purposes in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or approval. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.
Winner hereby releases Sponsor and Sponsor’s assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise from such use, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright.
Entrants represent and warrant that any content they post to social media in connection with this Promotion is their own original content, that they hold all necessary rights to such content, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party (including use of any music without an appropriate license), and that they have obtained the permission of any identifiable person appearing in such content.
11. GENERAL RULES
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; technical failures; unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials; or any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may disrupt or corrupt the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties, or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, without liability to any entrant. Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Promotion are final and binding.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND BINDING ARBITRATION
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion, these Official Rules, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (collectively, “Disputes”) that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in a court of law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Salt Lake City, Utah, or by telephone or video conference at the election of the claimant.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah, to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, except as otherwise required by AAA rules. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between entrants and Sponsor with respect to the Promotion and supersede all prior agreements.
